The wellbeing programs we offer have a duration of at least one year, but there is also the possibility of tailor-made programs according to the needs and financial budget of the company. Wellbeing is a concept that has many aspects (mental, physical, social, spiritual, financial, professional, etc.). We set realistic goals and work with all these aspects with the help of our company’s partner members. We achieve the maximum level of employee’s wellbeing and we renew our programs, setting bigger goals, depending on the needs and members of the company.
Those who choose to benefit from NUTRIGEM’s wellness programs sign a form for the protection and full consent of their personal data (GDPR). In this way, their data are kept with safety from health experts of our company (doctors, dietitians, health coaches) and are protected by the law.
Our cooperation is personalized and does not begin with an impersonal email. We organize live or online sessions with the aim of getting to know the company and its members, discussing and communicating constructively. We are constantly building a relationship of trust both with the companies and the employees. By using questionnaires that are send to them, we understand and identify employee problems and find “wellness” solutions.
At the end of six months, the level of employees wellbeing is reevaluated through a questionnaire sent by NUTRIGEM. In this way, all the parameters of well-being (mental, physical, social and emotional health) are controlled, while a better quality of life for employees is ensured, with a simultaneous increase in productivity at work.
NUTRIGEM completely undertakes the communication with the company’s employees. The offered programs are flexible, according to the schedule and workload of the employees and interactive, thus giving the possibility of communication with dietitians, trainers, doctors, physical therapists, etc., while providing the possibility of follow up and re-check. The services are designed to motivate employees and lift their spirits while there is personalized contact and team coordination. Coordination and communication are taken over by a special person from NUTRIGEM, who undertakes communication and getting to know the team members.
